Thank you so much for making last night a truly memorable occasion. Even this morning as I look back on last night, I can't help but smile and have very happy thoughts of the classy event that you helped me put together.

After weeks of planning and coordinating the details, it's finally over!! I can't believe how easy you made it all look. The guests could not help but remark on the facility and the ambience that they experienced.

Even as I arrived at the Wadsworth, I said to myself that it looked and felt like I was walking into the White House - and that notion set the standard for a remarkable evening. The food and drinks were so plentiful and delicious, the staff was especially attentive without being "in your face," and the added amenities such as the ice sculpture and the serving stations added considerable class to an already classy event.

You and your staff made it all possible. I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me and making just the right suggestions, and adding your special touches to the night. My husband was so surprised, he couldn't stop saying "I can't believe you did this for me!!" Well it certainly would not have happened without your guidance and expertise.

I was very excited about my surprise party for Joe and you made me feel like you were just as excited as I was. I had talked to other caterers and they did not make me feel as if they cared about doing my event, and that it was just another party to them. You treated my event as if it was your own and approached it with the same intensity and care that I would have given it (well actually better) than if I had done all the work myself.

You can bet that I will recommend you and your business to all my fiends and anyone that is willing to listen. Thanks again, and I look forward to seeing you again.

My philosophy is “When you have the best, why try the rest?”

The head of the Connecticut Regatta Volunteers would like to say how pleased we were at your great selection of wraps and sandwiches that were prepared in our lunch boxes for us once again this year. I was so lucky to find you a few years ago and we have been extremely happy that we can put our open request in with you and you make it better than we expect!

The previous year someone else was in charge of the lunches and the volunteers complained that they wanted the great lunches that I had gotten them the year before from you…so they specifically requested for me to go back to getting the lunches lined up for the Regatta. I happily took over getting the lunches again and Chef’s Palate was the first choice of mine since the volunteers loved your food and the way it was it was distributed and the fact that it was very filling and individually wrapped and boxed instead of just being in a bag and not even a napkin or a cookie or even condiments with them the previous year.

You make our volunteers very happy!

A happy volunteer will give more time and energy to this great fundraiser of the Middletown Lions Club and its charities and they were happy! They were prepared and delivered just as you had before and I plan to use Chef’s Palate each year as long as I am in charge of the volunteer lunches. We look forward to another wonderful year with you, Tim, and your fine staff making our great lunches.
